BCA News: 6th Annual Art Exhibit

Supporting the Bigger Sangha: The Buddhist Churches of America

Did you know that a portion of your Temple membership dues helps support the work of the Buddhist Churches of America (BCA)?

The BCA is the national organization that connects more than 60 Shin Buddhist temples across the United States. Through minister training, Buddhist education programs, youth activities, chaplaincy support, leadership development, publications, and national events, the BCA helps strengthen and sustain Shin Buddhism in America. The BCA also supports important institutions such as the Institute of Buddhist Studies in Berkeley and serves as a resource for temples like ours.

One of the easiest ways to learn more about the BCA and its programs is through BCA Connect, a free email newsletter featuring Dharma messages, news, events, and educational resources from across the country. The BCA also publishes Wheel of Dharma, a monthly newsletter highlighting activities, programs, and stories from temples throughout the United States.

To learn more, sign up for BCA Connect, or read The Wheel of Dharma, visit the BCA website at buddhistchurchesofamerica.org.
